Use to enhance ambient light for night vision operations. Light illuminates 150 feet or better using NVIS. Uses 2ea. A76 alkaline batteries (FL5-B2) (included), or for extreme climates use 1ea. DL1/3N Lithium battery (FL5-B1). A Generation III product. Can be worn on any finger of either hand. It can be turned on with the hand it is worn on. Uses stretch Velcro for comfort. Has a Push ON - Push OFF switch.
Infrared lights cannot be seen by the un-aided eye.
DO NOT PLACE INFRARED LIGHTS UP TO YOUR EYES.
